Coco Loco’s Coconut Water finds its way to UAE’s summer with MKS Trading.

Coco Loco, a startup brand owned by India’s UNBX Global & Impex Pvt Ltd, has signed with MKS through its GMEA Program to develop a comprehensive export and business growth plan. With India as a source market for coconuts, export is the preferred growth model. Coco Loco’s launch follows an “Export First” strategy, timed for UAE’s peak summer season with its 200 ML plastic and tetra packs.

The roadmap includes expansion into the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, with distribution focused on Modern Trade, Q-commerce, and institutional channels such as catering, meal plans, and educational institution canteens.

MKS positions Coco Loco as a healthier, natural hydration beverage, gaining steady growth from the start. While there are larger-sized coconut water products in the market from Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brazil, and India, MKS believes the Indian coconut water flavor will appeal to the Asian diaspora, and the 200 ML size will facilitate accessible shelf-to-hand entry.
